What started in a small Brooklyn kitchen in 1951 has become a tradition passed through generations — and now lives at the corner of 13th Ave in Denver.

A recipe older than rock & roll.
Our dough recipe hasn't changed since the day the first pie came out of the oven on Flatbush Avenue. Hand-stretched, slow-fermented, fired hot — the way it's always been.
When the family moved west, the recipe came with them. Denver gets cold winters and great pizza. We're responsible for the second part.
